Welcome to Riders4Life. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Account Requirements

To use Riders4Life, you must:

• Be at least 12 years old
• Hold a valid motorcycle license where required by law
• Provide accurate account information and maintain a secure password

2. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Engage in illegal activities or encourage dangerous riding behavior
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Use the app while operating a motorcycle
• Attempt to access or interfere with our systems

3. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform.

All platform content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of Riders4Life.

4. Safety & Responsibility

• Ride tracking is for personal use and sharing with consenting users only
• GPS accuracy is not guaranteed - always use proper navigation tools
• You assume all risks associated with motorcycle riding

5. Limitation of Liability

Riders4Life is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Our liability is limited to a maximum of $100 USD. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from app use.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules.

Small claims court proceedings and intellectual property injunctions are exceptions to arbitration.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate your account at any time. Violations of these terms may result in immediate suspension and content deletion.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
